Code, Support and Forums
Every concept in the book is supported with code snippets and a bunch of detailed step-by-step examples -- all of which you can download from the Wrox Open Source site.
The best place to ask questions and find answers about the book, and any of the code within it, is at the Wrox P2P forum. I'll be watching it closely in an effort to answer all of your questions.
You can also find Android support at the Android Google Group and StackOverflow.
Free Chapters I'm happy to announce that you can download two free chapters as PDFs!
Chapter 1 Introduces Android and points out some of its features and advantages. Chapter 7 Details maps, location-based services, and the geocoder. The TOC and index are also available, and Amazon's "Search Inside" can be a surprisingly useful resource. The Downloads page includes the two free sample chapters and any other downloads we're able to make available.
Open Source Projects
